Are you a real smoothie fan? Why not try this smoothie packed with veggies and fruit? The Shanghai pak choi combines wonderfully with the mango and the other ingredients.
Cut the mango into two halves along the stone. Score each half into squares without cutting through the skin. Turn out the halves with your thumb and slice off the cubes. Or use a mango slicer.
Remove the base of the Shanghai pak choi. Slice the stems and leaves into coarse pieces.
Put the mango, pak choi, yoghurt, banana and honey or agave syrup into blender. Blend until smooth. Divide over 4 glasses.
Tip: Do you like a cold smoothie? Cut the banana into slices and freeze them (slightly separated).
