The oven times stated in the recipes on our website are guidelines. Each oven is different and they differ in temperature. Ovens are not always calibrated, so even if the temperature is set to 200 degrees Celsius, the actual temperature may be hotter or cooler. Adjust the cooking times to suit your own oven. If you want to be certain about the oven temperature, use an oven thermometer.
