Blackberry yoghurt with pomegranate seeds

Preparation method

  1. Put 200g of blackberries into a blender or hand blender beaker. Blend until a smooth jam forms. Stir the blackberries into the yoghurt and divide between four bowls.
  2. Top the yoghurt with the coconut flakes, pomegranate seeds, sesame seeds, remaining blackberries and cress.
