Kitchen tools

  • Melon baller (optional)

Preparation method

  1. Use the tip of a sharp knife to make small zig-zag cuts along the middle of the melon Carefully twist the two halves apart and remove the seeds with a spoon.
  2. Cut the mango into two halves along the stone. Use the melon baller to scoop out as many balls as possible from the halves. Or score each half into squares without cutting through the skin. Turn out the halves with your thumb and slice off the cubes.
  3. Halve the kiwi. Use the melon baller to remove the flesh. Or slice the flesh into cubes.
  4. Cut off the top of the pomegranate. Cut through the skin over the segments. Break open the fruit and remove the seeds.
