Ingredients
Croissants filled with berries
- 200 g ricotta
- 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract or 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- Zest of ½ lime
- 2 butter croissants

100 g EAT ME strawberries

75 g EAT ME raspberries

75 g EAT ME blackberries
- Icing sugar
- Edible flowers
Preparation method
- Stir the ricotta with the maple syrup, vanilla, lime zest and a pinch of salt until smooth and creamy.
- Slice the croissants lengthwise. Fill with the ricotta cream and divide the berries over the cream.
- Garnish the croissants with icing sugar and edible flowers.
