Preparation method

  1. Stir the ricotta with the maple syrup, vanilla, lime zest and a pinch of salt until smooth and creamy.
  2. Slice the croissants lengthwise. Fill with the ricotta cream and divide the berries over the cream.
  3. Garnish the croissants with icing sugar and edible flowers.
