Melt the chocolate au bain-marie. Roughly chop the almonds. Stir the melted chocolate well. Add the almonds and blueberries and stir well.
Line a tray or baking tray that fits in the fridge with baking paper. Use two teaspoons to make small mounds of the chocolate mixture on the baking paper. Leave to firm in the fridge for at approx. 30 minutes.
Variation tip: Use this as a basic recipe for chocolate rocks and ring the changes using other ingredients. Why not try peanuts or pecan nuts instead of almonds? Or add two tablespoons of grated coconut or sesame seeds.
