Tropical oatmeal yoghurt

Turn your oatmeal tropical with this recipe! The oatmeal becomes deliciously creamy thanks to the Greek yoghurt and the juice from the mango and passion fruit. A great way to start the day.

Tropical oatmeal yoghurt

Preparation method

  1. Mix the oatmeal and honey with the Greek yoghurt.
  2. Cut the mango into two halves along the stone. Score each half into thin strips without cutting through the skin. Press the skin inside out and cut the strips off and cut into cubes. Or use a mango slicer. Scoop out the passion fruit.
  3. Fill each glass with a layer of mango, yoghurt and passion fruit. Add a final layer of yoghurt. Garnish with the rest of the mango and passion fruit.
