A smoothie bowl, so beautiful, almost too good to eat! With beautiful spring colours, this dish is perfect for an Easter breakfast. You can also make small smoothie bowls for brunch or dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 EAT ME mango
  • 2 EAT ME passion fruit
  • 2 EAT ME figs
  • 250 g Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp. grated coconut

Let's get to work

Preparation
  1. Cut the mango along the sides of the stone, spoon out the flesh and puree in a blender until smooth.
  2. Mix the mango puree with the Greek yoghurt and pour into 4 bowls.
  3. Halve the passion fruit and cut the figs into slices and place on the mango yoghurt.
  4. Sprinkle the yoghurt with coconut.
