  • Pomegranate-mango smoothie

This exotic smoothie made with pomegranate and mango is really refreshing and sweet. Great as a cold drink on a lovely summer's day.


  • 2 EAT ME pomegranate
  • 1 EAT ME mango
  • 500 ml (skim) yogurt

Let's get to work

  1. Cut the top of the pomegranate. Cut gently along the ridges from the top to the bottom.
    Open the pomegranate and remove the seeds. Put 2 teaspoons aside for decorating.
  2. In the meantime cut the mango along the stone or use a mango cutter.
    Slice the seedless flesh a few times to create a crosshatch pattern, without touching the skin.
    Then scoop the cubes of flesh from the skin.
  3. Mix the pomegranate seeds, the mango and the yogurt with a hand mixer or blender.
  4. Pour the smoothie into 2 glasses and decorate with the pomegranate seeds you kept aside.
