Would you like to make a nice tropical ice cream? Homemade ice cream is much tastier and healthier than store bought ice cream because you know exactly what is in it. A sensible choice. Great for kids too!

Ingredients

  • 1 EAT ME mango
  • 100 g EAT ME physalis
  • 50 ml water
  • 1 tbsp. honey

Let's get to work

Preparation
  1. Cut the mango along both sides of the stone or use a mango cutter. Then cut some strips in the seedless flesh, without cutting through the skin. Also slice in the opposite direction so you get a crosshatch pattern. Spoon the cubes from the mango.
  2. Before you rinse the berries remove the papery husks.
  3. Place the diced mango and physalis berries in a blender and add the water and honey. Puree until smooth.
  4. Fill the ice cream molds and leave in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
  5. Remove the ice creams from the molds by holding them under warm water.
Enjoy

Tip

Leave out the honey for a complete sugar-free ice cream.
