A good salad is always delicious! A fresh and slightly creamy salad that goes well with any dish.


  • 250 g EAT ME mangetout
  • 15 g EAT ME dill
  • 1 EAT ME lime
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 tbsp. creme fraiche
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • 1 tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. mustard
  • pepper & salt

Let's get to work

  1. Bring a pan of water with a pinch of salt to the boil. Boil the mangetout for about 3 minutes. Rinse the mangetout with cold water.
  2. Cut the cucumber into thin slices and cut the red onion into rings.
  3. Mix the cucumber, the mangetout and the red onion together.
  4. Rinse the dill and chop it coarsely.
  5. Make the dressing by mixing the creme fraiche, the vinegar, the honey and the mustard together. Stir until you have a smooth sauce and add the dill. Bring to taste with salt and pepper.
  6. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and serve in a nice attractive bowl.
