  • 125 g EAT ME raspberries
  • 125 g of EAT ME blackberries
  • 8 sprigs of mint
  • 1 L cream
  • 125 g sugar

Let's get to work

  1. Preheat the oven to 160 °C.
  2. Start by making the dough for the red cake. Lightly beat 3 eggs together with the sugar. Then fold in the flour, salt and vanilla sugar. Add red food colouring at your own discretion until the dough turns red.
  3. Grease a cake tin and place the dough into the cake tin.
  4. Then do the same for the other two cakes.
  5. Bake the three cakes in the oven for approximately 20 minutes. Let the cakes cool down completely.
  6. In the meantime, whip the cream together with the sugar.
  7. Place the blue cake on a nice plate. Spread some of the whipped cream on top of the first cake layer. Put the second cake on top. Spread another layer of whipped cream on this again. Cover with the red cake and spread a layer of whipped cream on top. Cover the sides with the remaining whipped cream.
  8. Decorate the cake with strawberries, blackberries and raspberries.
