Squeeze the limes. Halve 2 passion fruits and scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Mix the juice, passion fruit flesh, rum, sugar water and ice cubes in the blender until completely smooth. Divide over 2 cocktail glasses. Halve the last passion fruit and garnish with a half passion fruit in the middle.
Variation tip: Add crushed ice and finely sliced mint leaves for a mojito passion!
