If you have no idea what to have for lunch but you do want it to be healthy. How about this creamy avocado wrap? Deliciously creamy with a smooth taste that really hits the spot.


  • 2 EAT ME avocados
  • 1 EAT ME lime
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 red onion
  • 4 wraps
  • 100 g finely chopped iceberg lettuce
  • 1 tbsp. full-fat quark
  • 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • Pepper & salt

Let's get to work

  1. Cut the avocado all the way around, going as deep as the stone. Twist until you can pull the 2 halves apart. Remove the stone with a spoon. Peel the avocado or scoop the flesh out and cut into cubes.
  2. Chop the onion and cut the tomatoes into small cubes and add the diced avocado.
  3. Cut the lime in half. Squeeze lime juice over the avocado salad.
  4. Mix the quark and mayonnaise with the avocado mixture and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Place lettuce and avocado salad on the wrap and roll them tightly.
