We often forget to eat enough vegetables at a barbecue. Not with these sugar snaps rolled in bacon! They are delicious, easy to prepare and ready to eat in no time.
Wooden cocktail sticks soaked for at least 1 hour in water
BBQ or grill pan
Preparation method
Place the slices of bacon on a chopping board. Divide the sugar snaps over each slice. Roll up as tightly as possible
Thread 3 rolls onto a cocktail stick. Try to insert the cocktail stick through as many sugar snaps as possible to secure them well. Make another three rolls in the same way. Grill the rolls on the barbecue in approx. 4 minutes. Turn them regularly. Or grill them in a hot grill pan in about 8 minutes until the bacon is crispy.
