Stuffed fresh figs

Fresh figs are a true delicacy and indispensable at the Christmas dinner. We have sliced them and stuffed them with cream cheese, pine nuts and honey. And the skin is edible too, ideal!

Stuffed figs

  • 1 tbsp pine nuts
  • Figs Product photo
    4 figs
  • 75 g cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp honey

  • Piping bag with serrated nozzle

Preparation method

  1. Heat a dry frying pan and roast the pine nuts on medium heat in about 3 minutes until golden brown. Cool on a plate.
  2. Cut the figs crosswise from the top, halfway down the fruit. Gently push the fig open.
  3. Fill the piping bag with the cream cheese and pipe rosettes into the figs. Drizzle with the honey and scatter over the pine nuts.
