Homemade guacamole with tortilla chips

Always great as a tasty snack at social events: tortilla chips with homemade guacamole. Ready to serve in 10 minutes. Buy a couple of ripe avocados, tomato and lime, and start making this classic guacamole dip!

  • ½ clove of garlic
  • ½ tomato
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 sprigs of coriander
  • 100 g tortilla chips

Preparation method

1. Peel and finely slice the garlic. Cut the avocados all the way around the stone. Twist the two halves apart. Remove the stone, scoop the flesh out of the skin and place in a bowl. Slice the tomato into small cubes.

2. Finely mash the Avocado. Slice the lime in half and squeeze the lime juice over the avocado.

3. Mix the garlic and olive oil in with the mashed avocado. Season with salt and pepper. To finish, mix the tomato cubes into the avocado.

4. Garnish with coriander and serve with tortilla chips.
