Cayenne pepper adds some extra spice to this delicious mocktail. As it contains kombucha, it’s good for your digestive health too. It’s both healthy and delicious!
Cut the mangoes into two halves around the stone. Carefully cut 8 thin slices from one mango to decorate the glass. Peel the rest and slice into large pieces. Halve the cayenne pepper lengthwise. Remove the seeds.
Put the pieces of mango, cayenne pepper, honey, kombucha, vitamin water and ice cubes in the blender. Blend for 30 seconds on the lowest setting and 1 minute on the highest setting (this also depends on your blender) until it forms a smooth drink. Divide the crushed ice between 4 glasses and pour in the mocktail. Garnish with the mango slices and a flower.
