Rainbow pasta salad

  • 300 g coloured pasta
  • 300 g sugar snaps
  • 100 g seedless black grapes
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes
  • 5 tbsp green pesto

Preparation method

  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Drain.
  2. Boil the sugar snaps in boiling water for approx. 3 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold running water to stop the cooking process.
  3. Halve the grapes and cherry tomatoes. Mix the pasta with the sugar snaps, grapes, cherry tomatoes and pesto.
