Beat the milk, eggs and vanilla sugar in a mixing bowl with a whisk until smooth. Add the flour, cinnamon, oatmeal, 1 pinch of salt and the baking powder and whisk to a firm batter.
Heat a non-stick frying pan on a high heat. Put some butter or oil in the pan and fry about 8 pancakes of 12 cm diameter. Serve them with the blackberries and maple syrup.
