Start the day the healthy way with a fruit boost. Do you know the kiwano? The flavour of kiwano resembles a mix of melon and cucumber and tastes wonderful with the delicious, sweet strawberries. Enjoy!
Halve the kiwano and scoop out the flesh with a spoon.
Slice the watermelon into wedges and remove the peel. Slice the flesh into chunks.
Remove the crowns from the strawberries. Place them in the blender or in the tall bowl of the hand blender. Add the kiwano and watermelon and mix well. Pour the smoothie through a sieve into 4 glasses.
