Preparation method
Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
Finely chop the onion and the garlic. Halve the naga jolokia pepper, remove the seeds and finely slice the flesh.
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan and fry the shallot and garlic on a medium heat in about 3 minutes. Add the mince and fry until cooked for about 4 minutes. Add the curry powder, paprika powder, ketjap, soy sauce and flour. Fry for another 2 minutes. Season with salt.
Spoon a generous spoonful of the mixture in the middle of a filo pastry sheet. Brush the edges with olive oil. Fold in the outer edges and brush again with olive oil. Roll up the filo pastry rolls. Place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper with the seam side facing down. Bake in the middle of the oven for about 15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
