Fruit salad with mangosteen
- Melon baller (optional)
- Cut the mango into two halves along the stone. Score each half into squares without cutting through the skin. Turn out the halves with your thumb and slice off the cubes. Or use a mango slicer.
- Halve the papaya lengthwise and remove the seeds with a spoon. Use the melon baller to scoop out as many balls as possible from the flesh. Or remove the skin and slice the flesh into chunks.
- Peel and slice the kiwis into cubes.
- Remove the stem from the mangosteen. Remove the flesh segments and remove the seeds. Divide the fruit between 3 bowls.
