Slice the rolls in half lengthwise. Arrange the salad leaves on one half of each roll. Slice the brie and arrange on the lettuce. Roughly chop the pistachio nuts. Halve the cherry tomatoes. Divide the tomato halves and the blackberries over the rolls. Scatter the pistachio nuts on top. Drizzle with the honey.
Tip: Serve these rolls hot. Divide the brie, cherry tomatoes, blackberries, pistachios and honey over the rolls. Sprinkle with some Provençal herbs if you wish and place under a hot grill until the cheese has melted. Tear the salad leaves and arrange over the rolls.
