Yummy as a lunch or snack! Spread the wraps with a thick layer of mascarpone and a variety of berries. You can vary the fruits to suit the seasons.
- Whisk the mascarpone until it loosens. Add the milk and icing sugar. Spread on the tortillas wraps. Divide the blueberries, raspberries and blackberries over the wraps and roll them up tightly.
- Variation tip: Replace the mascarpone with ricotta. Ricotta is also a creamy cheese, but it contains less fat.
- Tip for a treat: Slice the tortilla wraps into 3-4 cm pieces, secure with a pretty cocktail stick (flag or sunshade) and you have a nice treat.
