Top and tail the haricots verts and cook them with the Bimi® in about 2 minutes until they are tender. Drain and rinse under cold running water to stop the cooking process. Slice the onion into thin rings.
Heat the olive oil in the wok and stir fry the onion for approx. on a medium heat for 3 minutes until soft. Add the haricots verts and Bimi® and stir-fry for another 3 minutes. Add the soy sauces and season with pepper. Stir fry for another 1 minute.
Tip: Tasty with rice noodles or soba noodles and fried shrimps with sambal.
