- 2 frozen bananas
- 200 g frozen pineapple
- 2 handfuls of spinach
- ½ cucumber
- 200 ml unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp grated coconut

Preparation method
- Make a cut in the avocados around the stone. Twist the two halves apart. Remove the stone and scoop the flesh out of the skin with a spoon. Slice one avocado thinly lengthwise and fan out the slices in 2 equal portions. Place the other avocado in the blender.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and blend to create a smoothie.
- Decorate the smoothie bowl with the avocado fans, blueberries, chia seeds and grated coconut.
