Make a cut in the avocados around the stone. Twist the two halves apart. Remove the stone and scoop the flesh out of the skin with a spoon. Slice one avocado thinly lengthwise and fan out the slices in 2 equal portions. Place the other avocado in the blender.
Add the rest of the ingredients and blend to create a smoothie.
