Halve the cucumber lengthwise and remove the seeds with a teaspoon. Slice each half of the cucumber into 3 equal pieces. Divide the lollo rosso and smoked meat over the cucumber ‘shells’.
Score the skin of the mangosteen right around. Remove the stalks. Remove the flesh segments and remove the seeds. Divide the segments over the cucumber. Garnish with the edible flowers and parsley.
