Preparation method

  1. Cut the mango into two halves along the stone. Reserve 2 attractive slices of 1.5 cm thick with the skin as a garnish. Score each half into squares without cutting through the skin. Turn out the halves with your thumb and slice off the cubes. Or use a mango slicer.
  2. Scrub the lime, zest the skin and squeeze the juice. Squeeze the oranges.
  3. Put the mango, orange juice, lime juice and zest, yoghurt and milk in the blender. Purée until smooth Add extra milk if you think the smoothie is too thick. Pour the smoothie into 2 glasses and garnish with the reserved mango slices.


  1. Tip: coconut yoghurt and rice milk make tasty plant-based alternatives in this smoothie.
  2. Tip: Add a slice of lime for extra sourness.
  3. Serving tip: Rim the edge of a shot glass by dipping it in lime juice, then into sugar.
