Ingredients
Overnight oats
-
100 g blueberries
- 100 g oatmeal
- 200 ml (plant-based) milk
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey (optional)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of cinnamon
Preparation method
- Place the oatmeal, chia seeds, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon and maple syrup in a sealable jar or bowl. Stir well.
- Add the blueberries and gently stir into the mixture. You can also mash a few berries to add extra flavour to the oats.
