Yoghurt with mango and granola

  • 800 ml (plant-based) yoghurt
  • 1 EAT ME mango
  • 200 g (crunchy) granola with coconut flakes

Preparation method

  1. Divide the yoghurt between 4 bowls. Cut the mango into two halves along the stone. Score each half into squares without cutting through the skin. Turn out the halves with your thumb and slice off the cubes. Or use a mango slicer. Divide the mango over the yoghurt.
  2. Sprinkle the granola on top.
