Kiwiberries and cucumber salad
- Slice the cucumbers and sweet pepper into even sized cubes of around 1.5 cm.
- Finely chop the onion and halve the kiwiberries.
- Slice the avocado all the way around the stone. Twist the two halves apart. Remove the stone, scoop the flesh out of the skin and cut into cubes.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl, add the salad dressing and stir. Season to taste with pepper.
