Smoothie

  • 4 kiwis
  • 2 apples
  • 1 litre (plant-based or low-fat) yoghurt
  • 250 ml (plant-based) milk
  • 2 tbsp honey

Preparation method

  1. Peel the kiwis and chop them into pieces, together with the apples. Put them in the blender or in the beaker of the hand blender. Pour in the yoghurt, milk and honey. Blend into a smoothie and divide between the glasses.
