Place the eggs in saucepan with cold water and bring to the boil. Boil the eggs for 8 minutes until hard. Shock the eggs in cold water. Peel then slice the eggs.
Cut the avocados all the way around the stone. Twist the two halves apart. Remove the stone and scoop the flesh out of the skin. Thinly slice the flesh and divide over the bread.
Arrange the egg slices on the avocado. Cut the cherry tomatoes into wedges and divide them over the egg. Season with salt and pepper.
