Exotic fruit stick

Kitchen tools

  • 12 long cocktil sticks or skewers

Preparation method

  1. Remove the crowns from the strawberries. Slice the kiwi berries in half.
  2. Cut the mango into two halves along the stone. Score each half into squares without cutting through the skin. Turn out the halves with your thumb and slice off the cubes. Or use a mango slicer.
  3. Thread around 2 kiwi berries, 2 cubes of mango and 2 strawberries onto each cocktail stick or skewer.

Serving tip: Insert the fruit skewers into a mango or if you have made enough for the whole class use a (half) watermelon. Make eyes from half kiwi berries and a strawberry mouth. Attach the fruit with a cocktail stick and arrange the sticks of fruit around the outside.
