Preparation method

  1. Place the chia seed, protein powder, milk, blueberries (reserve some as a garnish) and quark in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Peel the kiwi and slice into cubes.
  3. Divide the kiwi cubes over the glasses (reserve some as a garnish). Pour over the mousse. 
  4. Melt the chocolate au bain-marie and divide over the mousse. 
  5. Place the glasses in the fridge for at least one hour.
  6. Divide the reserved kiwi cubes and blueberries over the glasses.

Tip: also tastes great with strawberries or raspberries.
