Ingredients
Chia mousse
- 40 g chia seeds
- 40 g protein powder (to taste, we chose vanilla)
- 230 ml almond milk

80 g EAT ME blueberries
- 5 tbsp quark

2 EAT ME kiwis
- Dark chocolate (as much as you like)

Preparation method
- Place the chia seed, protein powder, milk, blueberries (reserve some as a garnish) and quark in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Peel the kiwi and slice into cubes.
- Divide the kiwi cubes over the glasses (reserve some as a garnish). Pour over the mousse.
- Melt the chocolate au bain-marie and divide over the mousse.
- Place the glasses in the fridge for at least one hour.
- Divide the reserved kiwi cubes and blueberries over the glasses.
Tip: also tastes great with strawberries or raspberries.
