  • Stir fried Bimi® and haricots verts with soy sauce dressing

Would you like to serve a nice green side dish? Try stir-frying haricots verts and Bimi®, delicious together with soy sauce dressing!


  • 200 g EAT ME Bimi®
  • 250 g EAT ME haricots verts
  • 1 red onion
  • 3 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • pepper

Let's get to work

  1. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan.
  2. Rinse the Bimi® and the haricots verts and cut the ends off the haricots verts.
  3. Cook the Bimi® and haricots verts for 2 minutes and rinse in cold water.
  4. Slice the onion into rings.
  5. Heat oil in a wok and fry the onion until translucent.
  6. Add the Bimi® and haricots verts.
  7. Stir-fry for 3 minutes and deglaze with soy sauce.
  8. Cook for another minute.
  9. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
