A tasty quiche is a very easy snack to serve when you receive guests. This quiche is easy to prepare in advance and then when you need it, you just pop it in the oven. This prevents stress in the kitchen and this way you can enjoy this delicious quiche with asparagus even more.


  • Dough:
  • 250 g flour
  • 125 g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp. cold water
  • salt
  • Filling:
  • 200 g EAT ME green asparagus
  • 300 g fresh salmon fillet
  • 300 g mushrooms
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 dl cooking cream
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 10 g flour
  • 1 vegetable stock cube
  • ½ tbsp. sweet soy sauce
  • ½ tsp. paprika
  • ½ tsp. curry powder
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil

Let's get to work

  1. Preheat the oven to 165 °C.
  2. Make the dough by mixing the butter and egg together in a food processor. Then add the flour, water and salt.
  3. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and line a cake tin with it.
  4. Crush the garlic with a garlic press.
  5. Make the filling by mixing the eggs, cooking cream, garlic, flour, stock cube, soy sauce, paprika and curry powder together.
  6. Cut the mushrooms into slices and the salmon into cubes.
  7. Heat olive oil in a frying pan and fry the mushrooms briefly.
  8. Wash the asparagus. Slice the bottom part (1-2 cm) off.
  9. Place the salmon and mushrooms in the lined cake tin. Then add the egg mixture and place the green mini asparagus on top.
  10. Bake the quiche in the oven for about 40 minutes until done.
