Is it about 4 o'clock in the afternoon and you fancy something tasty, but you don't want an unhealthy snack? Then make these parsnip chips. Put these chips into the oven and they are done within 10 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 4 EAT ME parsnips
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • ½ tbsp. paprika powder
  • salt

Let's get to work

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 180° C
  2. Wash the parsnips and slice as thin as possible.
  3. Place the parsnip slices in a dish and sprinkle the olive oil, paprika and a good pinch of salt on top of them. Toss well so that each slice is covered.
  4. Place the parsnip slices side by side on a baking tray and bake in about 10 minutes until golden brown. Make sure they don't go too brown.
  5. Leave the parsnip slices to cool completely before serving than they are crispier.
