Feeling some hunger pangs at the end of the afternoon, but don’t wean to spoil your appetite with an unhealthy snack? Make these crunchy parsnip crisps. Home-made in the oven and ready in less than 10 minutes!
Peel the parsnips. Cut the parsnips into very thin slices, use a mandolin if you have one. Combine the olive oil and paprika powder in a bowl. Season with salt to taste. Add the parsnips to the bowl and stir well to coat.
Place the parsnip slices on a baking tray lined with baking paper making sure they do not overlap. Bake in the oven for approx. 10 minutes until crispy and golden brown. Be careful not to bake them too brown. Leave the parsnips to cool.
