Lychees are true Christmas delights! We have made a delicious alternative to the traditional limoncello with lychees.


  • 20 EAT ME lychees
  • 4 EAT ME limes
  • 500 ml vodka
  • 300ml water
  • 150 g sugar
  • 4 mint leaves

Let's get to work

  1. Pour the vodka into a bottle. Peel the zest of the limes with a peeler and add to the vodka together with the mint leaves. Put the bottle in the fridge for 3 weeks.
  2. Put the sugar and water in a saucepan and bring to the boil slowly. Allow the sugar water to cool completely. Then add to the vodka. Leave in the fridge for 1 more week.
  3. Peel the lychees and remove the stone from the fruit. Puree the lychees in a blender until smooth.
  4. Stir the lychee mixture with the vodka and pour into the cocktail glasses.
