Feel like a summer treat? These fruity ice lollies with kiwi and strawberries are a refreshing treat. It's fun to make these together with the kids.

  • 3 EAT ME kiwis
  • 200 g EAT ME strawberries
  • 100 g sugar
  • 100 ml water

Let's get to work

  1. Rinse the strawberries and remove the tops. Peel the kiwis and cut in pieces.
  2. Get 2 saucepans, fill one with the pieces of kiwi and the other with the strawberries.
Divide the sugar and the water evenly among the 2 saucepans. Bring both saucepans to the boil
and simmer on a low heat for about 3 minutes. Take the saucepans off the heat and puree the fruit until smooth
    with a hand blender.
  3. Let the puree cool down in the fridge for about 15 minutes.
  4. In the meantime get 4 champagne glasses.
  5. Put 2 tablespoons of the kiwi fruit puree into each glass. Put these glasses in the freezer for about 30 minutes.
  6. Take the glasses out of the freezer and pour 2 tablespoons of strawberry puree into them.
  7. Put the glasses into the freezer again.
  8. Continue, until you have a nice striped pattern. Once you get halfway, stick an ice lolly stick in the middle of the glass.
  9. Leave the ice lollies in the freezer for about 3 hours.
  10. Remove the ice lollies by rubbing your hands over the glass.
