How about enjoying a delicious homemade lemonade? Then make a real star of your lemonade by adding carambola.


  • 2 EAT ME carambolas
  • 3 EAT ME limes
  • 2 EAT ME sprigs Melissa (lemon balm)
  • 2 tbsp. agave nectar
  • 1.5 L of water

Let's get to work

  • Cut the limes in half. Squeeze the juice from the fruit.
  • Mix the lime juice with the agave nectar and pour into a jug.
  • Rinse the carambola and the lemon balm. Cut the carambola into slices and together with the lemon balm add into the water jug.
  • Add the water and steep for at least 2.5 hours in the fridge.
  • Pour lemonade into the glasses and serve with cheerful straws.
