Yoghurt with strawberries

Preparation method

  1. Divide the yoghurt over 2 bowls. Remove the crowns from the strawberries, slice them into pieces and divide over the yoghurt. Garnish with the mint leaves.

 

  1. Tip: finely slice some mint leaves and stir through the yoghurt or strawberries for an extra fresh accent.
  2. Variation tip: Use Skyr instead of yoghurt for some added protein.
