Yoghurt-trifle with pomegranate

Yoghurt-trifle with pomegranate

  • 1 pomegranate
  • 1 banana
  • 500 ml (vegan) yoghurt
  • 4 tbsp hazelnut crisp (or granola)

Preparation method

  1. Cut off the top of the pomegranate. Cut through the shell at the segments and break the fruit open. Remove the seeds. Slice the banana.
  2. Divide the yoghurt over 2 glasses. Top with half the banana slices and sprinkle with half of the pomegranate seeds and hazelnut crisp. Repeat and end with a layer of hazelnut crisp.

 

  1. Tip: Yummy with a little maple syrup!
