Sugar snaps with salmon and Parmesan cheese

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 300 g sugar snaps
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 80 g grated Parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper

Preparation method

  1. Preheat the oven to 220 °C.
  2. Arrange the salmon and sugar snaps on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Press the garlic. Scatter the garlic over the sugar snaps. Bake in the middle of the oven 5 minutes. Then remove the baking tray and sprinkle the sugar snaps with the Parmesan cheese. Return to the oven for 5 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the salmon is cooked.
