A lot of fun for a decoration: physalis berries in chocolate. These festive little bites are very easy to make with white and dark chocolate. Live it up and make the most beautiful decorations for desserts, or for example high tea.
Chop the white chocolate into pieces and put them in a heatproof bowl. Suspend the bowl in a pan with a layer of boiling water on heat. Let the white chocolate melt while stirring.
Grate or chop the dark chocolate finely.
Fold the gold-coloured husks of the physalis berries upward so that you can use them as handles. Dip the berries into the white chocolate and then dip them into the dark chocolate. Leave the berries to solidify on a piece of baking paper in the fridge.
