Party fruit bowl

With a party platter full of fruit, of course you can make endless variations. You can add any fruit you like or what is in season. It is also delicious with freshly grated coconut or finely chopped mint on top.

Preparation method

  1. Cut the mango into two halves along the stone. Score each half into squares without cutting through the skin. Turn each half inside out to create a ‘hedgehog’. Halve one dragon fruit and cut the other into slices.
  2. Halve the passion fruit and halve the figs lengthwise. Halve the pomegranate, loosen the seeds and serve in the husk. Arrange the fruit attractively on a large platter.

Tip: Add a touch of over the top luxury with edible flowers.
