Oatmeal with blueberries

Preparation method

  1. Place in the milk in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Add the oatmeal and cook for 2 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat. Stir in the blueberries and divide the oatmeal over two bowls.
  2. Roughly chop the walnuts and sprinkle over the oatmeal. If you wish, leave in the fridge for at least 1 hour to cool. But it also tastes great warm!

 

  1. Variation tip: Replace the blueberries with raspberries and use orange juice or another fruit juice instead of milk.
