Cut the mango into two halves along the stone. Score the halves from top to bottom, down to the skin, to form thin strips. Press the skin inside out and cut the strips off. Or use a mango slicer.
Put all of the ingredients, except the passion fruit, in the blender or food processor. Mix to create a smooth blend.
Share between 2 glasses. Slice the passion fruit in half. Use it to garnish the smoothies.
